¿ How do I request the first visit ?

Please call this telephone number: +34 93 240 01 10 or send an e-mail to qualimedic@qualimedic.net, or to invitro-qm@invitro-qm.com and indicate the sterility treatment for which you wish to receive information, or if you prefer, we can arrange an appointment in our Barcelona clinic where you may select the most suitable appointment time.
QM FIV will send you a file by fax or e-mail requesting the basic confidential preliminary data *, which you may complete and return to us by e-mail or fax.
For example:
- Personal Data
- Age
- Type of treatment in wich you wish to participate
- Suitable timetable for a visit
- Availability to travel to Barcelona
When you find out the date and location for the visit, please feel free to contact QM FIV and we will arrange your accommodation in Barcelona.

Waiting time for the first visit

Two to three weeks after receipt of your data.

First visit
|
- The patient shall be visited by a
gynaecologist specialized in FIV. The process to be followed will be planned and studied.
- It is important that the woman is not in the menstrual period.
- The corresponding test in each case will be carried out.
- The consent document corresponding to the selected assisted reproduction treatment shall be signed, thus accepting the medical, biological, legal, ethical, and financial aspects.
- The medicine and the instructions for its usage shall be delivered to the patient.
- The Medical Centre will specify the ideal date to begin the treatment
